Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Keezy("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application and website (together, the "Service"). Keezy is a statistics-visualization tool that connects to your Epic Games account, with your explicit permission, to display your Fortnite performance data.
In short: We only access the Epic Games account details and Fortnite statistics you authorize, we use them solely to show you your own stats, we never sell your data, and you can revoke our access at any time.
1. Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to anyone who connects their Epic Games account to Keezy or otherwise uses the Service. By connecting your account, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
When you choose to sign in with Epic Games, we request access only to the information needed to provide the Service. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Epic Games account information— your Epic account ID and display name, and, if you grant it, your email address. These are provided through Epic Games' OAuth / Account Services when you sign in.
- Fortnite statistics— game data retrieved through Epic's official APIs, such as matches played, wins, eliminations, placements, K/D ratio, playtime and similar performance metrics.
- Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (such as IP address and device/browser type) and minimal session data required to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure.
We do not collect your Epic Games password. Authentication is handled entirely by Epic Games through their secure login flow; we only receive an access token that lets us read the data you approved.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Retrieve and display your Fortnite statistics inside your personal dashboard;
- Generate charts, history views and summaries of your own performance;
- Keep you signed in and maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
- Respond to your support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for any purpose beyond visualizing the statistics you asked to see.
4. Legal basis
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we process your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you connect your Epic Games account. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below).
5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers), who may only process data on our instructions and for the purpose of running the Service;
- Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose information to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.
6. Epic Games and Fortnite data
Keezy accesses your data through Epic Games' authorization system (OAuth / Epic Account Services) and Epic's official APIs. Our use of that data complies with Epic Games' developer terms. Keezy is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.
Information held by Epic Games about your account and gameplay is governed by Epic Games' own privacy policy. Please review Epic Games' Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your data.
7. Data retention
We keep your account information and cached statistics only for as long as your account is connected to Keezy and as needed to provide the Service. If you disconnect your account or request deletion, we remove the associated data from our systems, except where we are required to keep it to comply with legal obligations.
8. Your choices and rights
- Revoke access — you can disconnect Keezy at any time from within the app, or from your Epic Games account settings under connected apps/accounts. Once revoked, we can no longer read your Epic data.
- Access, correction and deletion — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Objection and restriction — where applicable law provides these rights, you may object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.

9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.
10. Cookies
We use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Children's privacy
Keezy is not directed to children under the age required to hold an Epic Games account in their region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
